Now she is working to blossom her passion into a socially responsible endeavor dedicated to community education and supporting sustainable agriculture here in Europe. Samantha learned how to commit and employ the most sustainable beekeeping methods in an apiary as a beekeeper for research at Penn State University. She has never owned her own beehives but has worked to help the hives of her community.

In 2022, Samantha moved from Austin, Texas (where she worked for five years in IT and as a beekeeper) to Luxembourg. She enrolled at the University of Luxembourg to pursue a master’s program in Entrepreneurship and Innovation in order to build a future business in Europe.

Continually enchanted by the world of bees, in her new home, she joined the Luxembourg City Beekeeping Club. She is now a beekeeper in Luxembourg conducting hands-on beehive experiences to tell the story of bees and the local Luxembourg environment.

Samantha had her first beekeeping experience at a young age.
